No. We ask about your property type (renter or owner) and some basic specs. You do not need to submit ownership documents to get a quote or activate a policy. For major claims, relevant documents may be requested during the claims process — as with any insurer.
Flood cover is included in our Completo tier. Lisbon has flood-risk zones (particularly near the Tagus waterfront and low-lying areas of Alcântara and Ajuda). Our AI factors your postal code risk profile into the price. Standard contents-only plans (Essencial, Seguro) do not include flood.
Yes, some landlords include a renter's insurance requirement in the tenancy contract. Our Essencial tier is designed to meet typical minimum requirements for renters. Check your tenancy agreement for any specific coverage minimums — we can issue a policy certificate for documentation.

Standard contents cover includes personal belongings used at home, which typically covers personal computing equipment up to the stated limit.
